I cannot begin to say that I cannot live without these magnesium flakes. I can no longer use other Epsom salts because after trying this brand, those other brands don’t compare to the quality of this one ans how much it has helped me with joint pain or nervous system regulation.

I really liked the product

For me, this is the best source of magnesium. I use the bath flakes in a hot bath every evening and if I stop, my health drops a little until I resume. When I first decided to use transdermal or topical magnesium, I looked at other brands in detail and made some phone calls about sourcing and accepted toxin screening, especially heavy metals. Ancient Minerals is more expensive and I don't have money to spare, but this is the only brand I will use. I believe it is the purest and for me purity counts. Enviromedica has always delivered quickly and reliably, and I appreciate the shipping bonus. I have not been able to figure out the rewards and points but the product stands on it own for excellence.

Really enjoying these, they dissolve easily and feel luxurious. To be honest I’ve never tried a bath without salts so I can’t definitively say if they help but I always feel relaxed and soothed after a salted bath.

One of the best things I ever discovered in my life was magnesium. Growing up I was very much into weightlifting and health and nutrition but never really heard the word magnesium or practically ignored it until I discovered how important it is to our health and how vital it is. I take some orally but nothing really beats transdermal magnesium absorption. Excellent product would highly recommend it.

I'm a mail carrier, and working the holiday grind in these conditions are brutal. I literally have pulled and torn muscles in my back and needed some relief. After trying the Magnesium Bath Flakes, I will never use Epsom salt again! After soaking, it relieved my sore muscles AND it did not dry out my skin. Definitely have a customer for life!
