Refund Policy

Merchandise purchased online at ancient-minerals.com can be exchanged or refunded by mail within 30 days from the original delivery date. Items must be unopened, unused, and in good condition, unless defective. Online purchases returned will receive a refund of the price of the item(s) issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase.

The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund. You will see the final refund amount once your return has been received and processed. Original shipping costs are not refunded. If your item is being returned due to an issue with the product, your order, or an error on our part, return shipping will not be deducted and original shipping will be refunded.

All returns must be packaged and shipped in a secure manner to ensure the product arrives back to Ancient Minerals in good condition. Damaged goods due to customer negligence or alterations to the original state upon receipt will not be accepted for refund or exchange.

All requests will be processed once the return has been inspected and the condition verified. Refunds will be rendered within 3-5 business days from the time the items are received at our warehouse. Funds may take 7-10 business days to appear once the refund has been completed.

All returns must be approved by Ancient Minerals prior to return shipment. Please contact us at 800.257.3315 and speak with a representative to submit a request for return. No returns will be accepted without prior approval.

Please note: Your RMA# should be visibly printed on the outside of the package. 

Failure to do so may cause delays in the return process.
